Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will apply IT knowledge and expertise to help solve complex technical or professional activities. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Common IS P&L Domain in Krakow or Bangalore.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications, ensuring optimal performance, availability, troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Maintain system documentation, perform data quality checks and supports process automation / AI initiatives

Serve as a Functional/Business Analyst by bridging business stakeholders and technical teams, and support the Application Manager in day-to-day operational and governance activities.

Collaborate with the Application Manager, Solution Architects, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure application quality and robust interface architecture.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business representatives and support team members to ensure effective service delivery and user satisfaction.

Act as the central point of ownership for Service Now adoption within the P&L domain by ensuring efficient service catalog onboarding, reporting visibility, and process standardization.

Provide application support for Power BI reporting, automation initiatives, and AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

2 + years of experience in working with IT Service Management concepts (ITIL)

Knowledge of ServiceNow and PowerBI is an advantage.

Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
