This Position reports to:
Order Handling Manager:
Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer support, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will implement customer support strategy to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting achievement of established targets by overseeing progress and implementing improvement actions as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and execute all activities commencing through the process of order acceptance, booking, shipping, payment collection and after Sales Warranty shipment.
Focus is orders are scheduled correctly and shipped on time.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Order Entry: processing new orders after reviewing content, pricing, and
-
all pertinent business data for ABB financial reporting.

Shipments: responsible for preparing invoices and other documentation
-
required for export shipments.

Make all transportation arrangements with Freight Forwarder.

Customer requests: recommend appropriate solution for customer requests,
-
and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request
-
(e.g. production scheduling, price lists, invoice) is in place.

Import/Export: plan, coordinate, and execute all export and import Operation activities in compliance with IT/EU and foreign regulations.

Customer relations: builds and maintains strong relationships with new
-
and existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction

Targets: on time delivery measurement
Qualifications for the role :

Good knowledge of written and spoken English
-
Problem solving
-
Precision, awareness of deadlines
-
Good predisposition to team work
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Excel
-
Good knowledge of SAP (not mandatory but preferable)

Self accountability
