Production Engineering Manager:
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain test infrastructures and test automations in accordance with business strategy to improve safety, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Each day, you will ensure existing test systems remain functional and up-to-date while designing new automated solutions for emerging products. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing innovative testing methodologies that enhance production standards and reduce costs.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:-
Maintaining and improving existing test systems, both hardware infrastructures and software automations, ensuring they meet current operational standards.

Designing new test systems for new products in compliance with specifications and manual test procedures, implementing automation wherever possible.

Providing support for the integration and startup of test systems, defining action plans and training relevant personnel.

Identifying and recommending opportunities for improving test processes and implementing related projects, ensuring adherence to safety requirements and evaluating new technologies.
Qualifications for the role
-
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in UPS testing or commissioning, with proven expertise in test system development and maintenance.

Highly skilled in hardware design and automation software development, with the ability to create robust and efficient testing solutions.

Possess an enhanced knowledge of electrical infrastructures design and software development in C programming language.

You are passionate about workplace safety and technical documentation, ensuring all systems comply with safety requirements and are properly documented.

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

You are at ease communicating in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-have: Knowledge of programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, and C#, experience with programming IDEs like Lab Windows CVI and VSCode, and familiarity with hardware design software such as Altium.
