This position reports to:
Quality Manager

Quality Specialist/Customer Support team- Start of warranty manager
Understand on-site converter operations, customer applications, and environmental factors that may contribute to equipment failure. Responsibilities include providing technical support to restore converter functionality, analyzing event logs and Blackbox data to determine the root cause of part failures, and delivering effective solutions to customers to ensure on-site reliability. The position also to be installed base management—maintaining an overview of all delivered units and managing processes for commissioning, warranty, service, updates, and maintenance. Additionally, the role requires evaluating and documenting test results to support the development of new products.
Responsibilities / tasks:
- Monitor and optimize commissioning process, make sure converter is commissioned with qualified steps and environment
- Provide comprehensive overview of installed bases, monitor and improve data quality, and track product failure rate
- Provide technical support and coordination for customer field issue;
- Perform analysis of field failures;
- Provide professional root cause analysis report including improvement resolution;
- Monitor of factory and field quality, analyze, define and implement improvement actions;
- Define needed product improvements to remove observed problems and to increase quality and uptime of the equipment.
- Join new product development projects, implement reliability engineering practices.
Requirements
- Higher technical education (Master degree in electrical engineering preferred); Strong electrical engineering knowledge with experience preferably in printed circuit boards or semiconductors in R&D;
- Experience in hardware design including power/electronic components is required;
- Background in power electronics preferred;
- Strong analytical skills and systematic working methodology with a high degree of personal initiative
- Coordinating team player with excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
