Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of applied products and technologies. Each day, you will determine costs, prepare final documentation, and serve as a key technical resource within the assigned area. You will also demonstrate your technical knowledge by performing lost proposal analyses, identifying potential causes, and recommending future actions.
Program position : Graduate Trainee Program (Participation in a 18‑months rotational program within the Electrification Service business in Malaysia to get the full broad experience)
Final landing position after completion of program : Tendering Specialist

This role is contributing to the Electrification Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Calculating a budget value for the sales team or customer to evaluate customer willingness to invest using appropriate level of details.

Managing the preparation of all technical and commercial documentation (e.g. defining the most suitable technology and product type(s)), financial (e.g. total price sheet, cash flow analysis), indicating prices and trading conditions.

Collaborates with sales teams and engages with customers when required.
-
Ensuring that, in accordance with bid/estimate/quotation planning, inputs for editing activities are provided on time and follow established quality procedures.
Qualifications for the role
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or in related fields such as Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or similar engineering disciplines.

Fresh graduates from 2024 or 2025, or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Solid understanding of market trends and product life cycles within the electrification industry.
-
Internship or project experience in electrical engineering, automation, or industrial systems.
-
Highly detail-oriented, with creative and analytical skills, and a commitment to improving business performance. Demonstrated ability to innovate, generate new ideas, and continuously enhance processes.

Willingness to travel to site locations as required for field assignments (70%–80% domestic travel).
