This Position reports to:

Project Engineer

Project Engineer（>3 years）

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELDS in PSWG.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Job Responsibilities

1)Electrical design of medium-voltage switchgear and project management of complex projects.

2)Engage with customers to negotiate and finalize technical agreements

3)Optimize project design and promote standardization.

4)Provide robust technical support both internally to colleagues and externally to clients, be mentor to new employees, assistant engineers, engineers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electrical automation or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.

2. Over 3 years’ experience of electrical design, experience in medium-voltage switchgear is preferred.

3. Strong understanding of power systems, such as high-voltage technology, power system analysis, and protection relay..

4. Good communication and logical thinking ability.

5. Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

6. Strong focus on quality and cost control.

7. Proficient in office software, such as EPLAN, AutoCAD.

1)负责中压开关柜的电气设计和较复杂成套项目的项目管理；

2)负责与客户谈判及签订技术协议；

3)优化项目方案设计，推动方案标准化；

4)为内外部提供强有力的技术支持，培训新员工、助理工程师、工程师。

岗位要求：

1)电气自动化或相关专业，本科及以上学历，硕士优先；

2)3年以上电气设计经验，有中压开关柜设计经验优先；

3)系统地掌握电力系统的知识和应用，如高压技术，电力系统分析、继电保护；

4)良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维能力；

5)良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

6)较好的质量和成本控制经验；

7)熟练应用办公软件，及AutoCAD、EPLAN绘图工具。
