Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Engineer in ABB’s Electrification business, you will execute service work of low to medium complexity in accordance with ABB’s global standards, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks. You’ll be the face of ABB on-site, delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to our customers.

The work model for the role is onsite, LI#onsite

This role contributes to the Electrification Services Division in Thailand

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Collaborating with customers on-site to identify operational improvements and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Executing field service tasks and resolving technical issues across ABB’s low- and medium-voltage product portfolio.
• Preparing and managing service materials, ensuring availability and compliance with quality standards.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, recommending proactive solutions to enhance reliability and performance.

Qualifications for the Role:

• A final year student or recent graduate with an Electrical Engineering degree from reputable university

• Have less than 2 years of full-time work experience

• Passionate to work in electrification for both Medium Voltage and Low Voltage

• Fluency in English and Thai

• Problem solving, can-do attitude, self-motivated

• Self-reflective, open to take feedback and learn from experience

• Resilience and drive in the face of rapid change

• Willingness to work at construction site
