This Position reports to:

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the worlds of finance and digital innovation by shaping the evolution of how insights and decision support are delivered across our global organization.

As a key member of our Finance team, you will design and support development until deployment of management reporting dashboards within the FP&A and Record-to-Report (R2R) domains. These dashboards—built on SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other advanced technologies—will empower both global and local business users with intuitive, actionable insights.

You will collaborate closely with finance data product teams, process owners, and IS colleagues to shape core data products, champion change management, and contribute to our broader data strategy and architecture.

This role is contributing to the Finance Services business Finance Process Data Systems division in Bangalore, India.

Your role & responsibilities

  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights, guiding delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Design intuitive, user-centric dashboards and reports using best practices in visualization.
  • Partner with business process owners to define and enhance data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain and evolve functional designs in response to changing business needs.
  • Co-create integrated SAP SAC & BW solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously improve analytics solutions through stakeholder feedback and agile delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality service and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
  • Support data reconciliation efforts, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Train and empower business users on data tools and dashboards.

Your background

  • Master’s degree in finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or R2R within a multinational environment, with an emphasis on analytics and cloud-based data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including US and local GAAP, and experience with a unified chart of accounts.
  • Familiarity with agile IT delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exposure to SAP ERP & BW is required, non-SAP analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus.
  • An aptitude for overcoming obstacles and an enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge.
  • Proficient in communication and collaboration.
