This Position reports to:

Procurement Team Lead:

Your role and responsibility:

• Process Purchase Requisitions and create Purchase Orders. Conduct phone negotiations with the suppliers. Monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders. Manage on time deliveries
• Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices. Perform supplier registration and qualification process. Maintain master data requests. Closely collaborate with your internal stakeholder and suppliers
• Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements. Support and promote a culture where a high quality of work is the norm.

Qualifications for the role

• Proficient in business English/Japanese or Korean. Excellent communication skills, especially in phone conversations. Customer focus with proactive attitude
• 2 years of relevant procurement experience
• Very good knowledge of Excel and SAP
