This Position reports to:

Technical Support Team Manager:

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Identifying areas requiring improvement and analyzing operational processes,
• Executing continuous improvement projects based on Lean tools and optimization methodologies,
• Implementing process improvements and updating work documentation and standards,
• Monitoring process indicators and preparing efficiency reports,
• Collaborating with operational teams to ensure effective execution of optimization initiatives.

Requirements / Competencies:

• Higher technical education or final-year student status in technical fields such as Production Engineering, Quality Management, Automation, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines,
• Basic knowledge of preparing 2D/3D technical documentation (e.g., Solid Works),
• Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• English language proficiency enabling effective communication,
• Knowledge of Lean Management principles, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies,
• Lean Green Belt or Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certifications are an advantage,
• Familiarity with process analysis tools (VSM, SIPOC, FMEA, DMAIC),
• Ability to work with data and interpret key process performance indicators (KPIs),
• Ability to work with industry standards and apply them in practice.
