JOB PROFILE SUMMARY:

Responsible for performing credit management activities and assure effective implementation of credit policies, procedures, monitor customer credit status and accounts receivable aging, and report to manager.

Responsible for performing purchase to payment related function for operation and manage accounts payable functions transactions and ensure accurate financial results and compliance with the relevant accounting standards and internal policy and procedures.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform credit management activities including credit assessment and assigned the key parameters such as the Internal Credit Rating and Credit Limit, as well as the credit check rule for Local Division.

• Take responsible in performing customer Annual credit review

• Manage customer collateral and contact with sales team and external agency.

• Support credit information queries to Local Division

• Oversees, reviews, and supports the month-end closing process, including AR aging and overdue template preparing, for the Accounts Receivables area.

• Process accounts payable transactions to ensure correctness of accounting records with required supporting documents including PO process ,PO Withholding tax book , Intercompany transaction booking, expense accrual and checking input VAT.

• Co-work with CN FAO team to P2P related issues and follow up actions.

• Provides support during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible

• Drives effective communication and collaboration with all internal team.

• Perform other duties as assigned or business required

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in accounting or related field
• Fair English writing and speaking competence
• Working experience for 3 years or above . Related experience (e.g., at least 2 years CPA firm experience and working experience of global company is a plus, etc.)
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to be flexible and work in a team environment
• Thinking and acting systematically
• Work under pressure
