Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support account receivables in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts receivable data. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with the relevant accounting standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting Accounts Receivable transactions, including customer invoices, advances, and cash application.
- Assisting with payments, allocation, posting, and resolving minor discrepancies.
- Helping with account reconciliations and internal trade payments.
- Collaborating with internal teams via phone, email, and workflows.
- Assisting in reporting and basic analysis for accurate and timely financial information.
- Supporting process improvements and audit documentation as needed.
Qualifications for the role
- You are engaged in the finance and accounting field, enjoying work with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, within the global finance and shared services sector.
- You have at least 6 months of experience in the financial area, with exposure to Accounts Receivable and Finance Shared Services, ideally within a global company environment.
- You are highly adept in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, supporting accurate financial processing and reporting.
- You are passionate about customer service excellence and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating solid academic knowledge of financial principles.
- You are at ease communicating in business English.
