Your Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic and operational management of the Blending (agitation) product line, from innovation and R&D development to end-of-life, including product launches, updates, and technical support. Ensure alignment with the global roadmap and business objectives.

Contribute to technical specifications during tender phases, approve standard and customized designs, and continuously adapt products to market trends (customers, competitors, regions). Keep product catalog and cost database updated.

Identify emerging trends and technologies through participation in trade shows, conferences, forums, and specialized platforms. Propose improvements and innovative projects aligned with customer needs and strategic goals. Support patent and trademark applications.

Work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering teams, and external partners. Foster interdepartmental cooperation and build strategic partnerships to ensure alignment and maximize project value. Provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
Qualifications for the Role
-
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in developing complex mechanical products. Proven experience in cross-functional project management and team coordination.

Proficiency in CAD software (SOLIDWORKS, WINDCHILL), strong knowledge of product technologies and project management processes (predictive, agile, hybrid models). Ability to define technical directions and lead R&D projects.

Customer and results-oriented, collaborative leadership, team spirit, ability to innovate and anticipate market trends. Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Fluent English required to interact with global teams and partners. Awareness of quality, safety, and environmental standards (QHSE).
