This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary finance partner for assigned IS Business Areas and Divisions, providing insights and decision support to IS Managers, BA CIOs, and Controllers.
• Lead financial planning cycles, including APP and 5Q Rolling Forecast, ensuring alignment with country IS teams, EICOS, and operations.
• Analyze financial performance and variances, delivering datadriven recommendations using Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and budgeting packs with high accuracy, ensuring clarity and consistency across stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Power BI, leveraging strong data modeling and DAX capabilities.
• Ensure data quality and governance, validating financial inputs for completeness, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement, enhancing reporting efficiency and developing improved templates and automation tools.
• Maintain governance and compliance, ensuring SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs are followed and supporting strong control in financial reporting

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling. Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
• CA/CMA/CS/master’s degree in finance and accounting or business administration
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and IS/IT controlling roles.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modeling) and good MS office skilss
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to translate data into insights.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on process optimization and standardization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
