This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities:
1.According to the overall design and technical agreement of the generator (motor) test program.
2.According to the overall design of the machine, assess ,confirm and prepare the test equipment in advance and commissioning cooperate with the customer.
3.According to the manufacturing process and technology. Responsible for machine test plan, prototype test tracking and follow up the data collection and analysis.
4.Responsible for the analysis and improvement of the abnormal treatment of the motor, such as vibration, noise, temperature.
Qualifications for the Role
1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, automation, or electrical machinery, familiar with theoretical knowledge related to generator or motor research and development.

I am serious, meticulous and rigorous in my work, and have a good team spirit and communication skills

Proficient in using ANSYS, Hypermesh, LS-DYNA, fluent and other software application experience is preferred, work experience is preferred.
