Your role and responsibilities

In our Electrification Business, for Smart Buildings Business Line, located in Santa Palomba, we are looking for an Intern who will support the implementation, maintenance and compliance of Procurement activities.

Work model for the role is: #LI- Onsite

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• Maintain a tool to ensure constant price updates for purchased components.

• Contribute to a new project dedicated to spare parts and indirect materials.

• Utilize SAP systems to manage source lists, master data, and system updates. Analyze inventory trends, communicating findings and key performance metrics.

• Assist with the creation and updating of reports as required. Conduct supplier visits to ensure quality and compliance.

• Support the identification of process areas for improvement.

• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions.

Qualifications for the role

• A Bachelor or a Master Degree in Management Engineering or in Economics.

• Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.

• Good knowledge of Power BI.

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in Team will complete the profile.
