Your role and responsibilities
In this role, Responsible for sales of products within a designated market in accordance with strategy. Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way: order growth, revenues, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities
The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite.
This role is contributing to the ABB India, Electrification Business Smart Buildings Products in India. will be based at Nepal.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Own and deliver business targets for Low Voltage Switchgear in the assigned market, including value, volume, profitability, and product mix.

Support business development by collaborating with the marketing team, building reliable relationships with top builders/contractors, and developing a sustainable Partner Network.

Ensure accurate forecasting and execution, including monthly order booking, revenue projections, and actions to consistently reach the defined targets.

Improve customer engagement through targeted outreach, promotional activities, customer surveys, and by offering end‑to‑end solutions aligned with customer needs.

Oversee sales process excellence by developing/improving sales tools, enabling training initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring effective collaboration across product groups.
Qualifications for the role:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.

MBA (Marketing/Operations/Business Management).
-
Experience Requirement: 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.

Industry Background: Prior experience in the Low Voltage Products segment.
-
Functional Background: Experience working in similar roles within the electrical or industrial products domain.

Market Exposure: Should have direct experience in field travel and market coverage.

Additional Skills: Good knowledge of export procedures and related documentation.

Industry Exposure: Strong background working with LV switchgear products and related service offerings to above-mentioned product lines.
