This Position reports to:
- Local Product Group Manager
- Traction M
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

This role is contributing to the Motion Traction Division in Vadodara, India
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation
- Clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in the direct area of responsibility Performing entry-level field service tasks • identifying technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform
- Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all ma-terials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities
- Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative and utilize all relevant tools.
Qualifications for the role
- BE/Btech Degree in Electrical/Mechanical with 5-8 years of experience in After sales service for Traction products like Traction Motors, converters etc.
- Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future
- Proactively execute work on a first-time-right approach with customers, ensuring the job is done on time and of high quality.
- Assisting with warranty and return inspections • Must have Knowledge of SAP system transaction
