Your role and responsibilities

Join ABB Robotics Academy – and help shape the future of sales readiness, digital productivity, and 3D learning experiences!

ABB Robotics Academy is responsible for creating, delivering, and coordinating training for the global Marketing & Sales and Service organization within Robotics. Our deliverables include Sales & Service Readiness Packages, Service Certification Programs, Job Role Learning Paths, Global Course Ware, and ABB Sim Structions® for Field Service Engineers.

This summer, we are looking for two talented and driven interns to join our Global Sales Enablement & Training team. You will work in a highly skilled, international, and collaborative team where creativity, innovation, and trust are core values.

Summer Job 1: Sim Struction Creator

Create training content with 3D animations in Solid Works Composer and investigate how AI tools can support and optimize the creation of Sim Structions.

Summer Job 2: AI & Digital Productivity

Explore new AI capabilities and evaluate how they can be utilized to automate our tasks and improve knowledge sharing to the sales organization through our enablement tool Showpad.

Your background

• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate, and adopt new technologies quickly.
• The ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken—and full proficiency in English.
• A collaborative, creative, and results‑oriented personality with strong social skills.
