This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager:
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.

Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.

Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.

Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

Bachelors Degree in industrial, administrator or similar engineering.

4+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in electrification or metal-mechanical industries.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Modulo de PP.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

APICS/CPIM certification is a plus.

Intermediate English Level.
