This Position reports to:

Drives Service Workshop Trainee

🎯Your Role and Responsibilities

• Direct participation in the diagnosis, disassembly, reconditioning, repair, and testing of variable frequency drives under the supervision of a specialized technician.
• Logistics support, materials tracking, and waste management.
• Repair analysis. Integrate and automate tracking in Excel (MS Excel, Power BI).

📚Qualifications for the Role

• Education: Currently enrolled (or have completed) a mid-level / advanced, or engineering degree in one or more of the following fields: mechanics, electricity, electronics, or automation.

• Languages: Spanish, English (Level B2)

• Additional knowledge: Skills in using digital devices, basic knowledge of digital tools for monitoring technical processes (Excel, SAP, Power BI, etc.) is a plus; analytical and problem-solving skills; motivation and curiosity.
