This position reports to:
Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Pick materials from storage per production work orders and replenish rubber for press operations.
- Manage material disposal and recycling in accordance with standard procedures.
- Transport materials to outside storage areas and maintain the recycle area.
- Transport incoming raw material (rubber/Epoxy) from receiving to designated areas as required.
- Empty waste containers and remove previous job’s components, returning them to storage and updating the system.
- Utilize KBM software to search for materials, count inventory, and process transactions.
- Maintain housekeeping of work areas and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support internal departments by retrieving raw materials and assisting as needed.
- Demonstrate professional behavior, fostering approachability, patience, and mutual respect.
- Count inventory of parts and raw materials at receiving, presses or testing areas to ensure traceability and accuracy of the released work orders.
Background:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
-
Forklift proficient. Previous certification, preferred (Or able to obtain a certification within the next month after hired)

Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds

Ability to perform push and pull functions
-
At least 1- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay Starting at $18.25. Shift hours are 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Monday
