Your Challenge

Within ABB’s Electrification Business, you will work in the Industry market segment. This is a space full of opportunity. The energy transition, sustainability, and smart industry (Industry 4.0) are creating a fast‑moving market — and one where you can truly make a difference.

As an Account Manager Industry, you will:

  • Build and maintain relationships with industrial installers, end users, and machine builders.

  • Advise customers on total solutions in industrial switchgear, energy management, and automation components.

  • Actively identify new customer groups and market potential.

  • Prepare proposals and ensure strong follow‑up.

  • Bring your own commercial and marketing initiatives to further grow your region.

This is not a “maintenance role.” It is a growth position in a segment with clear revenue potential. You will have the freedom to spot opportunities — and turn them into results.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are:

  • Commercially driven and ambitious.

  • Technically curious and energetic in customer interactions.

  • Someone who thinks in opportunities, not limitations.

Additionally:

  • You have a bachelor’s level of working and thinking (e.g., Electrical Engineering or similar).

  • You have excellent command of the Dutch language.

  • Experience in the industrial sector is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • You hold a valid driver’s license (B).

What matters most is your drive, learning ability, and commercial ambition.
