We are strengthening our HR team and looking for an HR Business Partner (Early Career) with an interest in driving people- processes and delivering high quality HR work. This is a hands-on, business-facing role. You will work closely with our leaders and our HR community, ensuring that our people- processes are compliant, fair, and executed with precision This role will support our local business line Service & Digital, and report to our Local Division HR Business Partner.
Your Role
You will play a key part in ensuring that our HR delivery is professional, consistent, and trusted.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the employee life cycle and driving our people- processes, like performance management, onboarding and offboarding
- Supporting managers in everyday, people- related topics
- Support in ensuring adherence to labor law and internal policies, with special focus on working time.
- Coordinating and supporting in union collaboration
- Supporting and gradually taking ownership of employee relations cases, including performance and conduct matters
- Translating policies and large information load into practical, business relevant guidance
- Identifying early signals of organizational risks or development needs
- Contributing to a high quality, performance-oriented HR function
With demonstrated growth, increased competence and reliability, you will be trusted with broader responsibility over time.

- Reliable and consistent – You ensure compliance, fairness, and operational excellence in every case.
- You likely have a few years of HR experience, perhaps from a generalist role and you navigate well in complex business environments.
