This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.

The work model for the role is: Onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines.

  • Executing routine activities according to established procedures.

  • Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.

  • Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.

  • Performing cycle counts and conducting root cause analysis of variances

  • Qualifications for the role - 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing, production support, or equipment troubleshooting experience.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with common production equipment and industrial controls.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to train others.

  • Computer skills; ie: Excel; Word; Powerpoint; Outlook.
    Qualifications for the role (Preferred)- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.

  • Experience with ERP software (SAP)

  • Experience with RF scanners
