Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Technical Service Consultant, you will support the operational efficiency of the Service department by analyzing user needs and implementing and developing systems and tools used in service operations.

This role combines analytical, technological, and process-oriented skills, acting as a bridge between business users, IT teams, system providers, and the operational requirements of the Service organization.

Your key mission is to ensure that the tools and systems used in service processes function smoothly, effectively, and in line with business needs.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyze service processes and identify operational and system-related needs.

• Collect, structure, and prioritize requirements from internal users.

• Ensure that implemented system solutions align with real operational requirements.

• Participate in the implementation of new systems, applications, and service-supporting tools.

• Configure, test, and oversee internal tools and systems used by the Service department.

• Collaborate closely with IT teams, developers, and external system providers to support system development and maintenance.

• Translate business requirements into technical language and explain technical solutions to non-technical users.

• Identify areas for optimization and automation and support the deployment of process improvements.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in business or system process analysis (preferably in service or operations environments).

• Experience in a similar role is considered an advantage.

• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred).

• Basic technical understanding enabling effective work with systems and IT tools.

• Ability to gather, document, and visualize user requirements.

• Strong communication skills enabling translation of technical concepts into business language.

• Experience collaborating with IT teams and external vendors or system providers.

• Analytical mindset, problem‑solving attitude, and motivation to improve processes.

• Ability to work in a project-based environment and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Polish and English language skills at a level enabling fluent daily communication (required).
