Digital Solution Engineering Manager:

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.

  You will be mainly accountable for:
• Performing a variety of software engineering tasks in one or more areas of the assigned areas such as software development, software quality engineering, software testing, DevOps, cybersecurity, software release, support and maintenance, and/or release management, with limited supervision.
• Testing and troubleshooting the final system setup and ensuring its successful rollout through training and retraining the customers and providing subsequent ongoing support and services.
• Ensuring that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.
• Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You are skilled in reliability engineering tools and methodologies including condition-based maintenance, protection relay diagnostics, oil analysis, RCA, FMECA, RCFA, risk assessment, MTBF analysis and RCM techniques within the power generation, transmission & distribution or refinery, petrochemical and chemical industry market.
• You have 5–10 years of experience in reliability engineering for electrical assets and power systems with related electrical units in other type of industry, demonstrating strong hands-on exposure to critical electrical assets such as electrical generators, transformers, switchgears, switchyards, GIS, battery, relays etc, including inspection programs, shutdown and overhaul planning.
• Working as a Reliability Engineer / Asset Reliability Engineer with exposure to CMMS and asset reliability platforms supporting power system operations, relay alarm analysis & diagnostics and advanced proficiency in MS Office, with exposure to international standards applicable to electrical assets, industrial analytics and enterprise digital transformation solutions.
• You are passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence, with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, cross-functional collaboration and effective stakeholder communication.
• You hold a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering with proven experience applying engineering principles to power system stability studies, asset integrity, reliability optimization and lifecycle management of critical electrical assets.
• You are at ease communicating in English (written and verbal) in a professional technical environment.
