Do you want to be part of the creation of a new production site and actively influence the shape of its planning and manufacturing processes from day one?

We are looking for a Planning & Fulfilment Manager who has a natural sense for structure, order, and capacity management, and who can also act as a strong partner for internal teams as well as our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build planning processes from the ground up, set standards, and lead a team to ensure our production runs efficiently, predictably, and with a clear future vision.

Work model: onsite

This role is contributing to ELSP division in Brno/Blučina, Czech Republic.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Setting up and optimizing planning processes in a newly established location – from defining standards to their implementation

• Creating short-term and long-term production plans in line with capacities, supplier capabilities, and customer requirements

• Managing and optimizing material flows – evaluating capacity limits, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions

• Cross-functional collaboration with all departments (Sales, PM, Engineering, Procurement/SCM, Production, Quality)

• Data analysis and reporting – planning KPIs, workload, adherence to plans, and identifying deviations

• Implementation of digital tools and systems (ERP/MES)

• Leading and developing the planning team

Qualifications for the Role

• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and fulfilment in a manufacturing company

• Strong data skills – data analysis, forecasting, KPI creation, and data-driven decision-making

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)

• Organizational and communication skills – ability to prioritize

• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

• English proficiency at minimum level B2

• Category B driving licence
