Your role and responsibilities
As a Production Coordinator, you will take on challenges that transform industry and drive innovation. You will gain top‑level know‑how, technical support, and opportunities — and it will be up to you to use them to move the world forward. In this role, you will be fully responsible for coordinating the production of complex and marine orders.
The work model for the role is: onsite
This role is contributing to ELDS division in Brno, Czech Republic.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Coordination of the production of complex and marine orders, production lines, and MV switchgear manufacturing

Collaboration on internal production quality control
-
Cooperation in capacity planning, setting priorities, and defining production line workload
-
Analysis of project issues and establishment of systemic measures to eliminate them
-
Collaboration on ensuring workplace safety, 5S, and adherence to work regulations
-
Maintenance of data in databases and in SAP
Qualifications for the role
-
Vocational or secondary technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering
-
Experience with ABB production and products is an advantage
-
Good coordination and communication skills
-
Responsibility, stress resilience, and analytical thinking
-
Innovative mindset and willingness to move things forward
-
User-level knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, SAP, and Power BI is an advantage
-
Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken)
