Digital Process Manager
As Digital Process Manager, you will drive factory digitalization and lead key IS/IT initiatives across our Norwegian and Polish sites. You will own end-to-end process improvement activities and ensure that business requirements are translated into effective, scalable digital solutions—including MES, ERP, and related systems.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery, performance, and daily operations of assigned digital solutions, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and reliability standards. This role reports to the European Production & Process Development Manager and collaborates closely with both local and global IS/IT teams.
Key responsibilities

Drive the digital manufacturing roadmap for the sites in scope, including the related process and solution architecture (MES, ERP and connected plant OT).

Own the digital/manufacturing IS project portfolio: translate business needs into requirements, coordinate implementation with IS teams and suppliers, and ensure benefits realization.

Be accountable for assigned IS/IT solutions end-to-end (delivery, operations/support, continuous improvement, and lifecycle management of relevant applications/services).

Ensure smooth integration of smart manufacturing systems and robust cybersecurity, security, and compliance for solutions in scope (in collaboration with IT/engineering and relevant IS teams).

Manage the IS/IT budget in scope (spend, forecasting, cost allocation) and ensure cost-effective delivery and value-added investments.

Work with Business Process Owners and key stakeholders to manage end-to-end business processes and improve ways of working .

Collaborate closely with country/division/global IS organizations and the country/global IS/IT leaders to align demand, priorities, performance reporting, and communications to end users.
Qualifications for the role

Minimum 7 years of experience in IS/IT leadership in relevant context
-
Experience in manufacturing process management and digital transformation
-
Good knowledge of MES/ERP and factory IT/OT environments
-
Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business and IT
-
Budget/delivery responsibility experience
-
English is required; Norwegian is a plus
-
Master’s degree preferred, equivalent experience can compensate.
