Essential Duties:

• Analyzes, plans, and responds to MTO (Make to Order) production needs, providing 100% inventory requirements for assigned areas using planning tools.

• Maintains the inventory control system, striving to reduce inventory levels.

• Uses corporate purchase agreements to ensure on‑time delivery of materials with purchasing and vendors.

• Expedites orders requiring priority rush delivery.

• Reviews and addresses discrepancies related to receiving or PO reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BA or equivalent degree required from an accredited institution in PR/US.

• Minimum of five years of experience in effective planning required; previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

• PC knowledge: SAP, Office (Excel).

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
