This Position reports to:

SW Team Leader:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.

• Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.

• Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.

• Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly proficient in .NET Core/.NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Entity Framework for backend development, as well as JavaScript/TypeScript,React or Angular, and HTML/CSS for frontend development. You have strong experience with RESTful APIs,Azure DevOps, and thrive in the dynamic environment of full stack software development.

• You are adept at using Visual Studio,Git,SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services, and you are comfortable working with modern development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.

• You are passionate about problem-solving,clean code principles, and mentoring junior developers. You bring innovation to team collaboration,continuous improvement, and software architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

• You hold a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming,design patterns, and system integration. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines,unit testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a strong plus.

• You are at ease communicating in Czech and English (B2 level or higher), enabling effective collaboration in an international team environment.
