Key responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and highly qualified individual to develop innovative solutions in the field of medium-voltage switchgear. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and shape technologies for the energy systems of tomorrow.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Work as an independent and reliable contributor in R&D projects with limited supervision.

Apply solid technical expertise in your area of competence and follow best practices.

Perform a variety of tasks in the assigned domain (e.g., electrical design, insulation design, thermal analysis), including:
Concept development

Requirements analysis
-
Design and implementation
-
Integration, testing, and validation
-
Technology transfer
-
Identify problems and develop solutions independently.
-
Stay up to date with the state of the art in your field as well as emerging technologies.

Apply and expand this knowledge to improve existing and new products.
Qualifications for the role:
-
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field with a focus on medium/high voltage.

Knowledge of insulating gases, dielectric strength, and high-voltage testing is an advantage.
-
Professional experience in medium-voltage switchgear is desirable but not mandatory – motivated graduates are welcome.

Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in innovative technologies.
