This Position reports to:
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will drive the expansion of ABB’s presence in the Greek market by developing and strengthening the wholesale and partner sales network, particularly in regions with limited current coverage. Using your strong communication and relationship-building skills, you will identify new partners, activate underrepresented areas, and create new business opportunities. You will support wholesalers, consulting engineers, and construction companies with high-level HVAC solutions focused on innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainability, contributing to large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and commercial projects that enable a smarter, greener future.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Developing, expanding, and activating the wholesale and partner sales network, with a strong focus on underrepresented regions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, consulting engineers, and design firms, acting as a key point of contact for ABB HVAC solutions.
- Promoting ABB’s advanced and specialized HVAC technologies through the wholesale channel in large-scale, high-specification projects.
- Identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities to strengthen market coverage and regional presence.
- Preparing and delivering tailored technical and commercial proposals in close cooperation with partners and customers.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to ensure consistent messaging, strong partner enablement, and best-in-class customer support.
Qualifications for the role:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Ability to demonstrate your experience in HVAC sales or technically complex projects

You enjoy acting as a solutions consultant for design firms and clients

Highly adept in communication and presentation skills
-
You are at ease communicating in Greek and English
-
You hold current driving licence and have willingness to travel across Greece and build partnerships in new markets
