This Position reports to:

Maintenance Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as valves, motors, pneumatic tools, production equipment and machines in accordance with specifications.
  • Work from basic diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers’ specifications and schematics.
  • Proficient use of hand tools (standard/metric sockets, open-ended wrenches, Allen wrenches, screwdriver(s), etc.)
  • Resolve technical issues using machine blueprints/diagrams
  • Observe company safety rules and policies.
  • Perform, as assigned, other similar or related duties.

Your background

High School Diploma or equivalent:

3-4 years of years of hands-on, full-time machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

Highly physical position; must be able to walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40lbs.

Some experience in troubleshooting electrical issues utilizing voltmeter.

Able to demonstrate knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Exposure to/proficiency troubleshooting PLC systems a PLUS.

Ability to operate power industrial trucks PIT (ex. forklift truck, scissor lift, etc.).

While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $22 and $26 hourly plus $1.50 hourly shift differential.
