Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

As an Order Handling Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders and the efficient delivery of products. Your responsibilities will be:
- Process customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Ensure the achievement of established targets, such as on‑time delivery, through monitoring and defining improvement actions when necessary.
- Guarantee the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Logistics and other internal and/or external teams and prioritize customer inquiries and requests.
- Review and analyze performance against objectives and prepare improvement plans.
- Develop, implement, and maintain customer service processes, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, guidelines, tools, and policies, while sharing functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Qualifications for the Role

Specific qualifications are not required; however, knowledge of logistics would be considered a valuable asset.

While experience is appreciated, it is not a requirement, as we are committed to providing training to the selected candidate.

A B2 or C1 level of English is essential, as the role will require the use of English for both written and spoken communication.
