Key responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting research on Smart Building devices with electronics design and prototyping.
• Taking over automated energy profiling and optimization of wireless sensor systems.
• Collaborating with our team members to broaden your understanding of technological trends.
• Documenting and presenting scientific results in a professional environment at ABB.

Qualifications for the role

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• You possess knowledge of electronic circuit design and lay outing.
• You have hands-on experience with electronics prototyping and soldering.
• You have skills in data analytics and scripting (e.g. Python).
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
• You are motivated and work independently.
• You are creative and can tackle complex problems.
• You have an analytical and structured way of thinking.
• You can communicate ideas, challenges and results clearly.
