Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate assigned aspects of a project within our Motion High Power business, focusing on medium voltage electric drives and electric motors.
Each day, you will support in managing and executing the project by completing work packages as assigned. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion High Power Business Area in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. Main stakeholders are internal project teams, OEM customers, contractors, and cross-functional departments across multiple countries.
You will be mainly accountable for:

Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance.

Preparing materials and assisting in project reviews.

Taking ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.

Controlling documentation accuracy and consistency based on tasks assigned and procedures agreed with the customer.

Supporting the execution of medium voltage electric drives and electric motors projects.
-
Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with OEMs and contractors.

Driving on-time delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
-
Monitoring project timelines and proactively addressing potential delays to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications for the role
You are engaged in medium voltage electric drives and electric motors technologies and the industrial automation market.

You have 2 years of experience in project coordination or technical project support, preferably working with medium voltage drives or electric motors.

Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing project documentation and supporting project execution in technical environments.

You are passionate about working in multicultural teams and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
You are customer-oriented with a focus on satisfaction and on-time delivery, ideally with experience working with OEMs and contractors.

You are at ease communicating in English and Italian (both written and spoken).
Willingness to travel up to 25% as required by project needs.
