We are looking for a new position for the European Operations Center in Ostrava as a Trade and Transport Specialist.

What will your task be:

· Planning, implementation and coordination of logistics on assigned projects worldwide (road, air and sea transport).

· Cooperation with qualified transport companies and selection of suitable carriers.

· Ensuring the dispatch of shipments according to a timely plan and schedule.

· Complete communication with transport and logistics companies – from pricing and carrier selection, through the transport process to delivery and confirmation of delivery.

· Preparation of transport documentation (packing lists, proforma invoices, CMR, AWB, B/L, etc.).

· Control, monitoring and evaluation of the transport process.

· Packaging and marking of shipments according to project and customer requirements, in accordance with logistics regulations and internal standards.

· Import / Export – preparation and control of documentation, work with HS codes, issuing certificates of origin of goods, communication with approved customs brokers.

· Cooperation with other members of project teams (project managers, purchasing, engineering, controlling and others).

· Communication with suppliers, carriers and customers – you will be an intermediary between all interested parties.

· Archiving related to transport and customer delivery.

Who we are looking for:

· A person with experience in the field of logistics - education in the field is an advantage, not a requirement.

· Knowledge of Incoterms data (necessary), logistics processes, standards and transport documents.

· Experience in arranging transport and preparing transport documentation, experience with customs procedures.

· English at a communication level (daily communication - written and telephone).
