This position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to coordinate service works done at site, both for MV and LV systems and ensure it complies with ABB's and customer’s guidelines. Each day, you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

Finalize site activities with the Planner to provide proper material, administrative and safety documentation, identifying the risks.

Tracking completion of service visits and ensuring all documentation are completed in a timely manner.

Collaborating with other coordinators to ensure Field Service Engineers resources are allocated to maximize completion of customer service requests and contract delivery.

Read a single line diagram and give preliminary information about the point of section to the filed service technician.

Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials and equipment.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
Qualifications for the role
-
You have a solid experience in project management, preferably in service.
-
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Switchboards and switches.

You are passionate about Service and commissioning.
-
Degree or Technical Diploma in Electro-mechanical field.
-
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English.
-
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
