This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement the sales support strategy for a designated area, in line with the global support strategy, with focus on pre-sales support to achieve order placement. Each day, you will oversee the estimations, bids, and proposals and ensure alignment with the ABB standards and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by focusing on achieving assigned targets by escalating to ensure timely resolution, as needed.

The work model for the role is: office/hybrid
This role is contributing to the EL Business, Low Voltage Switchgear Product in Europe Region**.**
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supporting the Sales team in all pre-sale customer activities (price & availability, quote status, pre-sale technical questions, etc.).
  • Maintaining proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and providing them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing special price requests as per the relevant requirements (dates, customer and company data, discounts, etc.) to allow order execution in the system.
  • Overseeing and ensuring the collection and archiving of the documentation regarding opportunities, Special Price Agreements, and/or contracts and recording of the assumptions and decisions taken during the process, in the systems.
  • Preparing budgetary and firm offers, based on Customer materials.
  • Collecting information about forecasting and identify with it.
  • Support our allocated countries with commercial conditions.

You will join a Tendering Team in Poland, where you will be able to thrive, have possibility to grow and developed your skills.

  • Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)- Technical education background with commercial basic knowledge
  • +3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or similar role
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of sales processes and pre-sales activities
  • Knowledge of pricing structures and discount management
  • Familiarity with contract management and documentation requirements
  • Understanding of forecasting principles
  • Knowledge of commercial terms and conditions
