Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, maintain, and improve transport/documentation processes. Each day, you will ensure goods are received and shipped while meeting quality, legal, and cost parameters. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing inbound and/or outbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart Power business in Xiamen China

You will be mainly accountable for:- 进出口单证与通关操作负责准备、审核及提交所有进出口业务所需的单证（如合同、发票、箱单等），确保其准确、完整、及时
对接报关行及货代，采购及相关业务需求人，全程跟进货物清关流程，确保货物顺利放行
负责进出口货物申报、配合海关查验、办理缴纳税费与退税等事宜
2. 海关相关稽查及公司AEO 认证申请管理
协助团队完成公司每年的海关相关稽查及免3C 台账及核销管理
协助团队完成公司AEO 的认证申请及台账管理
3. 合规管理与风险控制
跟踪并解读中国及国际贸易法规、海关政策的更新，确保公司业务合规
按照公司政策和法规要求，建立并维护报关单证的完整归档系统
4. 跨部门协调与费用管控
作为内部供应链、物流及项目管理团队的协调枢纽，确保报关信息流畅通
参与部分项目前期的费用方案评估与成本分析
审核报关行的费用清单，执行结算流程

• Qualifications for the role- 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、金融，物流管理等商科相关专业优先
• 2 年以上进出口报关相关工作经验，熟悉电气、自动化设备等相关产品的进出口业务者为佳
• 精通中国海关法规、报关流程及国际贸易术语（INCOTERMS）。熟悉HS 编码归类、加工贸易、保税监管、减免税政策，原产地政策，CCC 免办政策等海关相关政策
• 能熟练使用Office 办公软件及报关相关系统
• 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够熟练处理英文单证及商务邮件
• 具备出色的跨部门沟通能力和外部协调能力，能与海关、货代、报关行及公司内部相关业务部门高效协作
• 合规与风险意识：需具有极强的责任心和严谨细致的工作态度，对合规有深刻理解和高度的风险敏感度
