Mission Statement
The Global Mobility Partner ensures the successful movement, support, and overall experience of mobile employees within the Business Area. In this role, you provide expert guidance, deliver training, and interpret policy while maintaining full oversight of the entire mobile population. You ensure compliance, consistency, and high-quality service delivery, acting as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for HR partners, managers, and mobile employees.
Key Responsibilities:
In Training and Education, you develop and deliver impactful training sessions for HR Business Partners, managers, and employees on mobility policies, processes, and responsibilities. You create and maintain practical educational tools such as guides, playbooks, and FAQs, and you conduct onboarding sessions for new stakeholders involved in mobility to ensure clarity and alignment from day one.
In Population Oversight, you maintain complete visibility of the mobile employee population and monitor assignment lifecycle milestones to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. You work closely with the mobility team and internal stakeholders to guarantee a seamless and high-quality service experience.
In Escalation Management, you serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive mobility matters. You manage and resolve high-risk situations involving tax, immigration, security, or compliance concerns, providing expert consultation and clear direction to HR and business leaders.
In Policy and Process Guidance, you interpret and communicate mobility policies clearly and effectively to HR and business teams. You proactively identify opportunities for improvement, provide feedback on policies and processes, and support the implementation of updated procedures and tools.
In Stakeholder Management, you act as the single point of contact for mobility within the Business Area. You build and maintain strong partnerships with Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and other key functions, and you represent mobility in business reviews, talent discussions, and workforce planning initiatives.
In Reporting and Insights, you prepare dashboards and reports highlighting key mobility metrics and risk indicators. You leverage data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and maintain accurate tracking of mobility documentation and records.
In Compliance and Risk Management, you monitor adherence to immigration, tax, social security, and employment law requirements. You support risk assessments for assignments in sensitive locations and manage communication and decision-making related to compliance-driven escalations.
Key requirements:
To be successful, you bring over seven years of experience in Global Mobility or Human Resources, along with a strong background in training and coaching HR and business leaders. You bring excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders. You bring strong analytical capabilities, enabling you to interpret data and present meaningful insights. You bring solid knowledge of immigration, tax, relocation, and compliance frameworks, as well as fluency in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
