Your role and responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the people strategy for our Motion & Automation business in Vietnam. Supporting a team of approximately 50 employees, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and a driver of organizational performance, culture, and capability. Your work will directly influence how the business grows, develops talent, and navigates change.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid (Hybrid# )
This role supports the Motion & Automation business across Vietnam, working in close partnership with leadership teams, functional managers, and Shared Services to deliver impactful HR solutions.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensuring an effective overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
- Supporting the business and the execution of HR processes involved across the end-to-end employee lifecycle by determining and delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility and executing the HR priorities while adding value to the business.
- Partnering with respective managers to develop and implement people strategies.
- Facilitating change management initiatives and driving behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role
- Strong experience working with HR tools, methodologies, and systems, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or technology‑driven environment.
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partnering experience, supporting technical or operational business units.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial relations, including handling employee relations cases, supporting investigations, interpreting labor regulations, and engaging with local authorities or external partners.
- Proven capability in organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Proficiency in relevant HR platforms and digital tools.
- Passion for stakeholder management, problem‑solving, coaching, and driving cultural and behavioral change.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to communicate confidently across all levels of the organization.
- Valid work rights required for employment in Vietnam.
