Production Manager Final Switchgears:

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be fully responsible for the final assembly of MV switchgear. You will have the opportunity to lead a team within a production unit to execute production processes. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in line with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and ABB quality and safety standards. You will also demonstrate your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to effectively achieve production targets.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Coordinate the final assembly team for MV switchgear, including task allocation, distribution of tools and materials, etc.

• Ensure compliance with assembly standards and carry out quality checks of assembly work

• Perform final inspection of completed orders

• Ensure and monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and workplace rules

• Manage and monitor the team’s working hours

• Maintain data records in databases and SAP

• Work in a single-shift operation

Qualifications for the role

• Previous experience in a production/manufacturing role

• Vocational or secondary technical education in electrical engineering is an advantage

• Experience in leading and managing a team is an advantage

• Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, stress resilience, and time flexibility

• Ability to motivate others, foster a positive working atmosphere, and lead a team to achieve excellent results

• Good user knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
