Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite #This role is contributing to the Motion Drives Business in Jüri.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Ensuring the daily operations of test systems
• Prepare and maintain technical manuals for testers in cooperation with the team
• Assist with test setup, execution, data collection and help analyze test results
• Continuous and systematic improvements of production testing systems, including tester failure analyses
• Support testing and validation of production systems
• Participate in specification reviews
• Analyze potential ideas for development of testers, including sourcing and price calculations
• Support in development of new test systems and testing processes

Qualifications for the role- You are studying mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation or similar field

• You have knowledge in electrical or automation field
• You demonstrate strong collaboration and solution-focused approach
• You are creative and enjoy hands-on working attitude
• You have curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies
• You are at ease communicating in Estonian and English language
• Knowledge of CAD and/or EPLAN programs is a plus
