This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
We are looking for a Planning and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at ABB Oy, Drives unit in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland.
In this role, you play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by creating operations, material, and capacity plans that secure reliable customer deliveries. The final scope of the role may be adjusted to align with the selected candidate’s skills and areas of interest.
The work model for the role is: hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:

Creating and maintaining accurate Master Plan including operations plan, material plan and capacity plan as a part of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process

Coordinating the production of special customer requests and large projects
-
Developing production planning and S&OP processes together with planning team

Internal kitting process, including all necessary operational activities

Supporting decision making in operations by creating ad-hoc analyses

Reviews, corrects, and approves monthly costing runs, ensuring materials are kept up to date in collaboration with controlling, product management, and purchasing teams
Qualifications for the role:
-
Experience in sales and operations planning and production planning is essential

Solid understanding of SAP PP module and Power BI tools is relevant

You work well with others, have good communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels

Solid analytical skills, effective decision-making abilities, responsiveness and ability to learn quickly are essential
-
You are receptive to new ideas and committed to problem solving (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) and innovation
-
You are continuously curious and consistently motivated to take action
-
You are fluent in spoken and written Finnish and English
-
A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Industrial Engineering or similar quantitative field is required
