  • Acting as a business partner to factory and operations leadership in matters related to cost, productivity, and profitability
  • Driving cost control, product costing, variance analysis, and inventory management
  • Actively participating in budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes in line with global Robotics requirements
  • Supporting and challenging the business in investment decisions, business cases, and strategic improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring robust financial processes, internal controls, and data quality – particularly important in a start‑up and transformation context
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of financial tools, systems, and decision support within Operations Finance

Qualifications

We are looking for a structured, analytical, and business‑oriented finance professional who thrives in an operational environment with change, complexity, and high expectations. You likely have:

  • M.Sc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in controlling or finance, preferably within manufacturing or industrial operations
  • Solid understanding of production‑related financial steering, closing, reporting, and forecasting processes
  • The ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) and strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels
  • A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to balance detail with a broader business perspective
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is an advantage

What’s in it for you?

At ABB Robotics, you will be part of a global technology leader during a period of strong development and transformation. The new Robotic Campus offers a unique opportunity to be involved and to influence how future manufacturing and financial steering will be designed.

We offer:

  • A key role with significant responsibility and direct impact on factory performance
  • A dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment
  • Close collaboration with operations, engineering, and business office
  • Continuous learning, professional development, and long‑term career opportunities within ABB
