Als Kundenservice Mitarbeiter im Innendienst (m/w/) am Standort Villach haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen.

Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Betreuung unserer internationalen Kunden
• Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen inklusive direktem Kundenkontakt
• Nachbearbeitung von Kundenanliegen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
• Erstellung und Vorbereitung von Versanddokumenten
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunden und unseren internen Bereichen wie Produktion, Technik und Vertrieb

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Schul- oder Berufsausbildung (kaufmännische Lehre oder Maturaniveau)
• Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
• Die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten sowie eine zuverlässige, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.

Stellenbezogene Informationen

Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt von € 44.536,94 brutto/Jahr mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, vorgesehen.
