The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Provide administration and support for special prices to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service personnel.
• Maintain Marketing Deviated and Standard Pricing process
• Pricing and listings/exclusions maintenance
• Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Vendavo, Sales Force and Share Point.
• Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
• Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
• Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
• Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.
• Ongoing communications with Pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.
• Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
• Flexible and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Technical degree or higher from an accredited university
• Minimum of 1 year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
• Experience with excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables
• Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, and Automation tools.
• Fluent in English (written / verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build conditional formulas, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, create macros and manage large data sets.
• Working Hours 10pm - 7am GMT
